Update software on my NDrive NSports GPS watch

Recently I bought a GPS Watch branded as NSports by Ndrive, it is an entry level GPS but good enough for my mountain biking rides with my group (BTT LX).

Quickly I had the need to update the firmware and to find an update software for my Windows Vista. I searched at the vendor web site but just couldn’t find the updated software for my Nsports by Ndrive. I thought I was stuck with a good piece of equipment but with no way to update it.
But, after some googling, I found that my NSports GPS watch was just like the another one branded by a company called GlobalSat (GS) witch as the GH-625M. So I decided to test GS Software on my GPS.

After downloading the firmware for the GPS and the Software for my PC I installed them in both systems and it worked out fine.
Now my NDrive GPS has the GS Software, and I have been upgrading from GS instead of Ndrive.

As you can see by the photographs, both GPS are equal and the only difference is the brand printed on them. At the bottom you can see the one I bought and for which I couldn’t find the updated software on the vendor’s web site.
